The Castle Horlog is guest house and it is located just before the picturesque Rhodope village of Trigrad, at the locality called Horlog, which is where the name of the hotel comes from. It is nestled at the foot of the three surrounding reserves, all of them rich in their biological diversity, and at a nearby distance from some of the 100 National Tourist Sites of Bulgaria the Devil’s Throat cave, the Haramiyska cave and the Yagodinska cave, Horlog castle offers its guests attractive destinations for the lovers of cave tourism, multitude of Eco paths with different levels of difficulty, Extreme experiences – Cableway over the Trigradska river, Batman’s lift, Via Ferrata , Off-road trips to the panoramic sites Wolf’s Rock (Valchi kamak) and Eagle’s eye, which are some of the highest situated observation sites in the Balkan Peninsula and many other sights.

The castle is built on two floors plus the ground floor. On the ground floor is the reception and restaurant. On first and second floor are located accommodation. The furniture is retro style. It has double rooms and suites on 2 levels. Directly from the balconies of the building can be seen typical regional animal species such as wild goat and deer, and sometimes if you are lucky even bears. Also, Horlog is the only place in the world where you can be seen just a very rare bird Wallcreeper representative animal.

Many people believe, that the area is possessed by a magical energy of unearthly origin, which helps a man to unlock the power of his energy field and clear his body and soul. It’s not surprising that the region is a preferred tourist destination for Yoga practice.
